What training do I get?
We offer a 3 day Induction run from our head office in Bramhall. This training includes an introduction to Inspire, Marketing, Systems, Business Development, Networking, Product, Building a Package and more.
What support will I have?
At head office we look to support you in every way we can. You will work with our homeworker support who will be in regular contact with you to aid in the growth of your business. We have departments that will help with flights, accommodation, admin, finance and more. We want you to feel confident and be as independent as possible, but should you need or want our support, we are always on hand to help.
What experience do I need?
When it comes to experience if you have worked within the travel industry before this will be a benefit, but it’s not the be all and end all. Lots of different experiences can aid the growth of your business such as marketing, networking, sales and more. Get in touch and we can discuss your relevant experience and transferable skills.
What can I expect to earn?
We offer you the ability to earn as much as you want to with uncapped commission. The more time and effort you put into the business the more you will get out of it. You are offering a service and that’s something people are happy to pay for so we encourage you to get the best margins possible whilst remaining competitive.
We pay up to 70% commission.
What types of holidays can I sell?
In short, you can sell whatever your clients desire! We have direct commercial agreements with resorts, airlines, cruise operators and suppliers, giving you access to exclusive rates. So whether it’s a package holiday, a round the world cruise or a completely bespoke trip, you will be able to fulfil your clients requests.
Are you ABTA / ATOL bonded?
Yes we are ABTA bonded and our number is Y1063, L4341. We are also ATOL protected so your customers can book safe in the knowledge they are protected.
Do you provide leads?
We have three homeworking models:
Inspire homeworkers are a more traditional homeworking route of fully self-generating enquires. For this model, we will train and support you on how to develop your network and build an engaged client base. This model maximises your earning potential are there are no costs to provide you with leads. You generate the leads yourself and keep as much of the booking profit as possible.
ITS provides leads via our gift cards and self-generated enquires, this suits someone who has the desire to build their own business with a few leads.
Family Fund homeworkers create perfect holidays for families in need, this is a fully lead based homeworking role, in partnership with the Family Fund charity.
What equipment do I need and what’s provided?
The main piece of equipment you will need is a laptop, we don’t currently provide this so as to keep our joining fee as low as possible. The laptop should be Windows 8 or above. During training we provide you with a desk phone and a dedicated phone number which is to be used when making bookings.
A strong broadband connection is also required but your home service will be sufficient. We will add the systems onto your laptop at training.
NB: If you purchase a new laptop this must be setup prior to induction and ready to be used at induction. If the computer is not done, it will delay your training and mean, we may not get through everything planned for the three days.
What are the upfront costs?
The upfront cost to be an Inspire Homeworker is £500 which includes the full setup of your business including training at our head office in Manchester, access to our systems, your own direct line, company email address and more.
This will be the only cost provided you bring in £60,000 of sales revenue in your first 6 months, else a further £500 will be due.
Can I work from anywhere?
Yes you can, all of our systems are internet based, so as long as you have a laptop and an internet connection you’re good to go. However, when you are making a booking with a client this must be done via the handset we provide you. All calls on this handset are recorded to protect you in the event something goes wrong. We also provide the option of taking calls globally via an app, this comes with a nominal one-off payment and is optional, rather than increase your upfront cost.
